Cascade Quick Eats is a family-owned quick-service restaurant business based in Winnipeg. Founded in 2015, we run 2 locations in the Prairies and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You'll run the floor alongside the manager and take full charge when they're off: opening and closing the store, leading shifts, scheduling and coaching team members, handling customer escalations, counting cash and managing deposits, receiving orders, and keeping inventory, cleanliness, and food-safety or merchandising standards where they should be. You'll also help with hiring, training new staff, and hitting sales and labour targets.

What you'll bring

You've supervised people in retail or food service and enjoy the pace. You lead by example on the floor, stay calm when the lineup is long and someone calls in sick, and can be trusted with keys, cash, and the tone of the whole shift.
