About the role

You'll run the floor during your shift: opening or closing the location, assigning stations, coaching team members in the moment, and stepping into the busiest role when the line grows. You'll handle customer escalations, count tills, manage breaks, receive deliveries, and make sure food safety and cleanliness standards hold up even during a rush. At handoff you'll brief the next supervisor on staffing, stock, and anything that needs follow-up.

What you'll bring

You bring a lead-by-example work ethic and the judgment to make quick calls without a manager in the building. You've worked in food service or retail long enough to know the rhythms of a shift, and teammates naturally look to you when things get hectic.
