Wage and working hours: $38.46 per hour and 30 hrs per week (full time)

- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities

- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

- Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and labour costs

- Supervise activities of other chefs and cooks and other kitchen workers

- Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events

- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs

- Consult with clients regarding specialty functions

-3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation including some supervisory experience

-Trades certificate or diploma

-Able to communicate in English

-Able to work weekend when needed
